Memo to John McCain - I think that your proposals for lowering the corporate tax rate, expensing of new equipment in the first year (which I think would be huge boon for the economy), keeping capital gains low and getting rid of the AMT are all excellent proposals. However, it's none of your (nor the U.S. Government's) damn business how much money anyone in the private sector makes and quite frankly I don't know where you or the U.S. Government thinks you get the authority to regulate it from.
